- 4.5 cl Whiskey
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 Sugar cube or 0.5-1 cl Simple Sirup
- 1 barspoon Water (if using sugar cube)
- 1 Orange twist
Process: Add sugar, water and bitters to glass. If using ice cube, muddle it to dissolve the sugar. Add ice and Whiskey. Stir until chilled.
Garnish: Twist the orange peel over the drink and drop it in the glass
